We quit getting delivery because it was expensive for the amount of time it took and that something was missing or incorrect every time. We try picking up from the store, but it isn’t much better. I get a #6 and almost every time they forget a key ingredient. Every once in a while I crave JJ’s, and I am reminded why I quit ordering.

First of all very fast service, and employees were very friendly and nice. The cleanliness of the place got my attention from the entrance. Very clean and nice place to enjoy a giant or sub sandwich after work. Love it!

It took like an hour to deliver. I added bacon to my sandwich for extra charge and they didn’t even add it but they charged me for it. And the sandwiches were so thin in ingredients inside that it was mostly bread. In that case I should have bought the bread alone for less than the sandwich.

I put in the wrong address for delivery and the driver not only went to the wrong address but actually delivered it to the correct address with a positive attitude. And the driver was wearing a mask when he brought the food to my door… not every restaurant is still practicing COVID protocols when it comes to delivering so it’s very refreshing that he and his store are. There was a couple of things wrong with the order and whoever I spoke to on the phone was happy to replace and redeliver them or just credit the account. Always great service from this location! Unfortunately I didn’t catch any names for the driver or person who answered the phone both times but this was on November 4 during the night shift!

My online order never arrived after waiting almost 2 hours (I double checked that all of the delivery information was correct). When I called to have my order refunded, they said that only a manager could do it, put me on hold for 15 minutes, then said the manager was too busy with other orders and would have to call me back. They never did. After another 20 minutes I called again to speak to the manager and they still did not put him on the phone and said he was too busy and that they’ll have to refund the order later “when it slows down”. It’s now been 3 hours, no call, no refund. Never ordering from her again. disputed charges on credit card.

It’s now 1:05, I placed my order for delivery at 11:42…STILL WAITING! I have to call the store 4x after being put on hold for over 5mins each time before someone actually answered. The guy who answered had the never to tell me I’ll give you the drivers number you can call to see where your order is!!! Some nerve and great customer service…BRAVO! My lunch Is now over !!!
