I just oder from them on a Saturday night. Around 10pm. Not normal rush time hours. Here it is 1120 pm and they still haven’t arrived. I literally live 3 mins away. I called them to ask about my order 55 mins after I placed it and the lady said he just left 3 mins ago with my order. Here I am 25 mins later and still no food. Looks like yall new new employees that know how to do their job and get people their food in a timely manner.

Don’t eat here. There’s mold EVERYWHERE. They fired me for trying to bring attention to a moldy mop they wouldn’t fix. The gm, Abby Murr, is awful at her job and should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

I can’t say this enough. The service I was given at this store was a pure delight. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by one of the employees and this person made me feel like not only did they care about they’re job but the customers as well. The employees name was Alex and because of this employee I will only come to this store. Kudos for having an amazing worker.

I placed and order for my children and I. Was informed the order was on the way after about an hour wait. Another 40 minutes later I receive a message saying our order was canceled. When I call the store and speak to the manager, I’m informed the driver tried calling me and was told I lived in Ohio. I check my order confirmation, thinking maybe I entered my phone number incorrectly because I never received a call. My number is accurate and I’m told the driver must have dialed the wrong number. So two hours later, no food and no apology, just a rude manager telling me she can’t predict how long it would take to receive a new order if we placed one. It’s not well after 8pm and I am having to figure out dinner for have four hungry children.

I ordered dinner for my nephew and I and when the food arrived, I asked him to get the door. I was in earshot and overheard the delivery driver, Summer, hassling him for a tip. She rudely mentioned three or four times during their interaction that I hadn’t tipped her, but could not provide a receipt with proof of that. She pressured him to bring her my credit card and when he voiced his discomfort with that idea, she pushed three more suggestions, including a cash tip. After realizing that Summer wasn’t going to leave without some sort of a tip, my nephew went digging through my purse and found some cash to give her. She was incredibly rude, impatient, and downright pushy, and made my fourteen year old nephew deeply uncomfortable. If you see her name on the app, just be prepared to be harassed over a four dollar tip.

I came in Super Bowl Sunday and knew it’d be busy. I placed my order ahead of time and when I showed up, found out it was placed for the next day. Oops. They accommodated me beautifully and started my order right away. They were amazing! I never leave reviews, but this experience warranted one!
