I liked the shrimp fried rice it was hot, I chose to dine in & leave it in a to-go carton & they filled it up so much that it was almost falling out of an opened carton. The rice had a little more oil than I preferred & it’s pricey

This place is my go to for old fashioned Chinese food … as a kid growing up on the south side I’d go on 63rd and halsted to this Chinese restaurant across the street from Subway until they replaced everything with the college. Chop Suey Kitchen is just as good the food is always fresh and it brings back memories BUT … don’t go looking for customer service and a fine dining experience
