Ordered a burger from this locale. It’s not half-bad – definitely a step up from McDonald’s on the other side of the concourse – but this statement is really relative to other locations within Union Station. Their turnaround time is slower than the latter, but I will not hold this against them.

What I order ( rib tips, hot link & chicken) wasn’t horrible but it definitely wasn’t good. One word to describe the rib tips…leather.

I’ve eaten here before and enjoyed it. But I was a little worried because they had practically no business. I got brisket sandwiches and the brisket was in thick chunks, unlike any I’ve gotten before and the flavor just wasn’t there. I ate some of my brisket. After a bite my wife ate nothing but a few fries. It was a totally wasted $35 and we’re getting on our train hungry. Maybe it was as a bad day? I’m not sure, but we were very disappointed. We had been eagerly expecting this meal.

Got 1 lb of the beef BBQ. This was unfortunately one of the worst BBQ places I’ve had. Food was bland – sauce was runny and flavorless, meat seemed unseasoned. Service people were nice and food was fairly quick, but I would not recommend their food.

First of this is our first time ordering from here Robinson’s No. 1 Ribs. My husband wanted ribs while I order pizza from one of our favorite place. He was excited because the were smoked and not baked ribs ( how he likes them). After getting home with the ribs and the pizza was delivered we sat and started to eat. I took one bite of the ribs and I spit it out. It was salty and dry.. I also order chicken tenders and they were dry. Both felt like they were just reheated and served..

The BBQ was delicious! Ordering was a bit challenging with masks, accents, and my general grogginess to work through but I wasn’t bothered until they forgot to give me my German chocolate cake . The size of the slice made up for that mistake. Of course, I might be biased. Had a juicy pulled chicken sandwich, coleslaw, and baked beans here after 2 days of Amtrak lounge snacks.

The food and portions were good. I had the chicken wing platter. It is located in a food court setting. The service was prompt and the individual taking orders was polite.

Hey it’s me
The ribs have a good flavor. However MOST of the rib tips were burnt. The ones that are not burnt taste pretty good. The greens have a sweet flavor. This is the MOST OVERPRICED food for VERY small portions. I paid $13 for this rib tip combo. They need to increase the portion size a little. This is the flattest skimpiest piece of cornbread I ever seen. My portion looked like someone ate out of it already .

The hot link was tasty and delicious with the right amount of spiciness maybe a little more heat though for me! However those ribs were not cooked in a pit and if they do it must be boiled, baked oven roasted something it definitely wasn’t no pit! That’s why the 3 stars
