I’ve came here the last three years when I’m in town! This place has thee best gyros in the state, the food, the sides, everything is made to perfection! The owner and the employees are always friendly, and welcoming! The restaurant is always clean, the bathrooms are spotless, and the tables are quickly wiped down! I absolutely love this place! If I could give it 10 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough!

Not my favorite gyros. They’re just okay. Don’t care for the sauce, the lamb doesn’t taste like fresh lamb. My favorite is The Gyro Shoppe back in Columbus. You can see them carving the lamb. Don’t like the fries, either, with all that paprika, I HATE paprika. But nothing out here in Newark is as good as back in Columbus, my hometown. Baklava is good, you can’t really ruin Baklava.

Gyros were interesting. It wasn’t lamb strips but it was more like ground lamb. Definitely filling. Atmosphere was nice, we sat outside. Only downfall really was the seasoned fries. Tasted generic, in the oil to long and the seasoning was something you could get at a grocery store.

Was greeted with a smile, the man behind the counter was helpful in navigating the menu and made sure I had my water refilled before heading out with my order and made sure I had everything I needed. Cool spot, I saw there was an outdoor seating area.

Love their tradional gyros and pita with tzaziki sauce. Always the best customer service and I love the atmosphere. Comfortable to bring the family or go by yourself. Last time I visited it was pretty warm inside so I’m not if they were having air conditioning issues or not, but still a great experience.

My wife and I came here for her birthday, she loves gyros! The owner, Alex was very welcoming, friendly, and truely loves his craft! I’m not a big lamb eater, but even I was blown away by the tender, juicy, and flavorful meat!!! My wife was very surprised at this gem of amazing food in Newark! We look forward to returning soon!
