We’ve been ordering weekly from Hummus Grill for the past year and also have done a couple of very large catering orders. Today we had our first bad experience compounded by an extremely rude teller who answered the phone. We order the same thing every time with a side of the chicken kabobs for our son. We live 15 mins away. I got home and found the attached picture as the side which normally consists of four large kabobs. I called and explained that generously this would be half of the normal portion and instead of recognizing any responsibility he argued with me that it may have been “2 small pieces and 2 large pieces of chicken.” Then proceeded to offer a new order if I were to drive back and get it. Normally good service and we went because it has been good food but the food quality has been deteriorating for months and then this service put it over the top. Wouldn’t recommend this version of Hummus Grill. If we could go back to the food and service from a year ago I would stick with it.

I ordered the veggie plate and chicken shawarma sandwich; the grape leaves did not taste fresh at all, the rice was stale and lacked taste, BUT the falafel tasted great and had the outer crispiness and inner softness that you look for in falafel! The feta fries were really good surprisingly. The chicken shawarma sandwich was good but could’ve had less bread and more chicken in it. All in all this was an adequate place, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to order from there.

Extremely high level of execution on the food here. The beef tenderloin, kefta kabob, and lamb are all mouth-watering. I usually skip chicken shawarma but even that is amazing. Recommend getting the combo mix plate for your first time to find which one is your favorite!

Very disappointed. The shawerma wrap is a comeplete let down, very oily, messy, soggy,here’s pictures to show you guys I rly hope the owners would re vamp it and take notice of these pictures. I’m used to shawarma tasting way different this one is not eatable 30 bucks down the drain.

First time trying Hummus Grill. Ordered the gyro plate and beef kabob plate, as well as a large hummus and 6 piece falafel. Food was great! Fast casual, friendly counter service. My experience with middle eastern/northern African/Persian cuisines have led me to expect large portion sizes. This is not the case with Hummus Grill, unfortunately. Nonetheless, great fast experience.
