Ordered my pizza for delivery they said 40 minutes. Called an hour later the gentleman on the phone asked me for my address three times then said my order is still at their store. He said you can come pick it up if you would like. Don’t waste your time or money at this place worst customer service in this area.

I had placed an order for 1 Large Cheese Pizza and 1 Large Pepperoni Pizza for delivery. The order itself took an hour which is weird because, when I got the notification that it was out for delivery, what should have been a 10-15 min drive turned out to be 40-50 mins. Needless to say when I got the pizza’s might family was famished and we were surprised by the fact that we received 2 cheese pizzas instead. I immediately called them to rectify this information and the person over the phone had asked if I had returned the pizza which I had said no since the driver had left. They said they would bring us another pizza with pepperoni this time and I thanked them for their service. When the new pizza arrived another 40 mins later I was surprised to be asked to return the pizza that was wrongly sent to me. I said that I couldn’t since, the wait was so long and I was under the impression that the 2nd pizza wouldn’t be returned due to their mistake, we had started eating it. The driver said that was the policy so after some thought I decided to have them take back the pepperoni pizza. Had a realized that was the policy I wouldn’t have bothered. With this and the fact that the pizza took forever to arrive I’ll look to buy pizza elsewhere and you should too!
