The neon lights of Carl’s Jr on Scholls Ferry Rd in Beaverton, beckoned to me like a siren song. It had been a while since I had visited, but the memories of the burgers, juicy and cooked to perfection, still lingered in my mind. As I walked through the doors, the smell of grilled beef and freshly fried fries hit me like a wave of nostalgia. The restaurant was as I remembered it, the red and white color scheme, the friendly staff, and the mouth-watering menu. I took my seat at the counter, and as I waited for my order, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of dread. I had heard rumors of a curse on this location, a burger so delicious it would drive men mad. I shook off the thought and focused on my meal, biting into the burger and feeling the juice run down my chin. The flavors exploded in my mouth, the beef, the cheese, the special sauce. It was worth the risk. I finished my meal and left, feeling satisfied, but also a little uneasy. Was it just the burger or was there something more sinister at play? I couldn’t help but wonder as I drove away from Carl’s Jr on Scholls Ferry Rd. But one thing was for sure, the burger was delicious.

Great food that’s a little pricey but the portions are quite large. Their chicken is delicious and burgers are really yummy. I do wish their shakes were larger and a little thicker. The Oreo shake I bought was a tad runny but I still recommend it. The service has always been top notch. If you like good Ol fashioned American food you’ll love it.
