Terrible customer service. I have been ordering from them for over a year and ALWAYS order the same exact meal so I know when they send me a small portion because I order LARGE SIZE to last me for two meals. Today they delivered half of what I usually receive when I order and the person answering their phone was very rude and unprofessional. Wasn’t to pleased with the Hong su shrimp, got it delivered looking like it was thrown in the microwave and the shrimp was hard with no taste of shrimp. The rice was good and so was the egg rolls but That was it. Never again! Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I ordered here through the Uber Eats app. I ordered at 7:30 and received it at 9:40pm. I was on the “preparing your food” page for 2 1/2 hours. I don’t understand why you deliver through the Uber Eats app if they come second to your regular customers. The food was like every other Chinese food place. The only reason I didn’t cancel it is because they already charged me and I don’t want to call customer service and be on the phone an hour with Uber.

During this pandemic I have received really poor quality food from multiple restaurants including this one. Just because it is a pandemic doesn’t mean you just send customers anything. I ordered Kung Pao beef and received mostly really large chunks of vegetables. Ive never seen veggies cut this way in Kung Pao beef. They filled the whole thing up with veggies and a few pieces of meat I dug out. Please see pics. They should be ashamed of themselves! I gave 2 because the other food was okay.

Wanted to try a place I haven’t tried yet. So I came here, because I really wanted mongolian beef. Instead I got more veggies then meat and tastes nothing like Mongolian beef. The egg roll was dry and not crunchy enough.

I ordered from New China 2 on Grubhub and received the wrong entree! I called the restaurant since it was only about a half an hour until they closed and the woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. She said her boss would redeliver the correct entree for me within 15-20 mins. The redelivered order arrived promptly within that time and I enjoyed my appetizer while I waited. The entree was well worth waiting for as well. I appreciate the kindness and delicious food and will certainly be back despite the mishap considering how gracefully they handled the situation.
