Unfortunately wasn’t very good. Burger had weird burnt flavor and after taste that made it inedible. Also the golden fried potatoes tasted like they weren’t cooked. Had to throw the whole thing out a quarter way through ….

Polombia was awesome! We got the Zapienkanka, emparogis, and hunters stew and it was delicious. Spoke with one of the owners and she was extremely nice. Food and service is top tier. Give these guys a visit, you won’t regret it. Definitely coming back next time I come to Chicago. Keep it up guys!!!

Just when it seemed the food trend of fusion had run its course, you find Polombia. The idea of mixing two counties’ food or doing the one country’s food in the style of any country is not a new idea, but this restaurant’s is breathing fresh air into the genre. They have two cuisines, Columbian and Polish, that I would not think you could combine to come up with such delicious food. However, Polombia delivers.
