Every time I come here which is at least once a month, they get my order wrong. It’s always missing something. Today I went in and they gave me the complete order wrong three times. Wasn’t even close to what I ordered. On the second attempt I also had water spilt on me. The third time it came out it was still mostly wrong, but I decided that there was no point and decided to eat it anyway. I’m not superpicky so I don’t want people thinking I’m leaving a bad review for a missing cucumber or something. Each time the order was completly wrong, I ordered a BYO bowl with chicken, but kept getting platters – I’m not sure how as it says it right there on the receipt. I just wish they would leave the set-up the exact same, but have them make the bowls infront of you like every other Cava. So disappointing!

The decor really drew me in. I was a little hesitant to get the bowl for $20, but when I saw the size, it was immediately worth it. The amount of food for the price is pretty decent. I got the salmon with super greens and added whatever I wanted. Being that it was my first time there, the guy taking my order was very patient with me and helped me with the menu. I went on a weekday during lunch so it wasn’t too busy surprisingly. I’m so glad I visited this place. Will definitely come back when I visit Dumfries again.

Love this new concept from CAVA. Three of us stopped here for lunch during our drive along 95. I really like the cafe-style ambience and comfortable seating. I got the salmon and veggies bowl which was delicious. The salmon was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right – moist, tender, and flaky. The roasted veggies were good too. I will definitely come here again the next time I’m in the area. The only thing I’d change is to make the drink/ soda bar self-serve which would reduce demand on the staff and let people get the free refills that are the backbone of American civilization.

Good food, but very inconsistent in their portion sizes. On one visit, my bowl is full. On the next visit, it seems like it isn’t enough to feed a child. They should either be consistent, or adjust their prices according to how much food they feel like giving you. Giving the customer their money’s worth with consistent portions will give Cava Table in Stonebridge a 5-star rating.

Cava Table is everything great about Cava, just a little better. The food was brought out to me very quickly and is so delicious!! I hope they continue to open more locations like this. Comfy chairs in a relaxed environment with high quality food and reasonable prices.

Let me be clear, this review is about whatever corporate or local policy is at issue. I placed an order for take out, received it and drove home. Opened the bag and was missing a sandwich, and you know, stuff happens, no big deal. I call to ask for a refund for my missing item. The employee knew immediately and was very apologetic but said that they can’t issue refunds over the phone and I would have to drive back to the store. This is absolutely ludicrous that the manager is not able to do this. So hey, if the GM or area manager reads these, maybe empower your employees to take care of your customers.
