Have eaten here many times and the food has always been very good to excellent. This time out, not so much. We always get two small chopped Greeks with a side of gyro meat. The side of gyro meat is $4.95 and usually about a 1/4 pound. This time we got three pieces and it was absolutely ICE COLD. Big miss tonight Louis.

This is an “order up front” type of place, NOT a table service restaurant. I ordered a gyro, not really expecting too much, but it was surprisingly good! I downgraded service and atmosphere as it is one step away from fast food, but the gyro was good and fresh. Baklava was OK….not the worst I ever had, but certainly far from the best.

My biggest complaint about this place is that there isn’t a description of what comes on the items. I ordered a gyro and had to ask what came on it (which is minor) but then I added cucumbers and olives to it and they came on the side instead of made with it and on top of it, each side was an additional 0.75. Which is ridiculous to charge when you get ONE cucumber slice cut in half and four olives.

Great Greek food in Lakeland. I ordered lunch today with the help of Olivia. I ordered a gyro and Mediterranean Spread with dipping sauce. I was given an order number and my drink which was self serve. Shortly after sitting down Olivia brought me my meal. It was delicious. The decor in the establishment is Mediterranean with several pictures from the past. It was very clean inside. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something different.

Food was okay. Not the greatest equivalent to what I would buy at Arby’s or maybe a Salem’s. But with that said, Arby’s in Salem’s seems to be a little bit better, especially for the price. Not much tzatziki sauce but when asked for more it was an additional 85 cent from what they put on. Did have the only beer on menu which was a Greek beer and it was $7 but the brand methos I can buy at Publix for 11.99 to 12.99 so very extremely overpriced for the beer. Spent 40 bucks for 2 euros and two sides. A glass of water and a beer. Probably going to look for another place to go due to price. But wish you the best of luck with your business

There were fruit flies in my food. They gave me the food with the bag tied, so I left it that way until I drove home and was ready to eat. When I opened the bag at my kitchen table, there was a little fruit fly on the wrapper of the sandwich. Okay, it was outside. Thought nothing of it. I had a side of papas fritas, which is served in a plastic container. As I’m eating, I notice another one crawling on the feta cheese. There are a bunch of skinny black things all over the food. I thought it was seasoning, but now im wondering if it’s dead fruit fly seasoning. Can’t finish my meal and it’s all going in the trash. If I have only seen 2 live ones in the small portion of food I have, so they must be swarming the food in that kitchen. Gross.
