Quick and friendly service. Food received as ordered. Reasonable price. Quality chicken tenders. Breading did not have much flavor. Only 1 dipping sauce available. Tasty though. Self service drinks. Would return but would like a better selection of sauces.

I still have trouble understanding why this place always has a huge line at drive-thru. Every time I eat here the breading is soggy, the fries are still and cold and the chicken itself is hard and devoid of any flavor. A bit of salt and pepper goes a long way.

When I was in Arizona Glendale, I said, to my Doordarshan client “Why do people line up for hours literally to get their food from the drive thru. He said it’s like Crack . I gave it a shot a few months later it was the fresh chicken strips, cane sauce, and texas toast for me to accept that sh was good.

Loved the food (specially the sauce). I don’t know what they add to their Dr pepper, but it makes it delicious. Their sauce is one of the best I’ve ever tasted, it goes with everything! The fries, the chicken… Even in the texan toast. Their bathroom was clean and the staff nice!

I paid for an incomplete order. I ordered two “Box Combos” none came with coleslaw. Also, they didn’t offered me ketchup. My cashier was Ricardo but it was a young lady that gave me the incorrect order. I don’t typically complain about these things, but it was my mother’s first time trying RC and she was really looking forward to try the coleslaw. So disappointing; never buying RC again.

The food is decent, but the only thing that is slightly unique is the cane sauce. You’re also going to pay a lot of money for chicken strips that have no unique flavor. The fries are usually soggy as well. If someone bought me some, I wouldn’t turn it down, but Canes just doesn’t do enough to validate the price and boring menu.
