Lots of online pickups. Dining was almost empty. Overpriced noodles. I had the penne with shrimp. It was okay. Shrimps were not overcooked, but penne were almost gummy. Wisconsin mac and cheese was good, but I believe it’s too expensive for what it is. Pad Thai was good, but it just doesn’t taste like one. Almost maybe. Also, tried impossible chicken…no good. I really expected a lot more basing on how much they were charging.

All I’ll say is just run ‍♀️ I am new to this area was just driving by and thought I’d give it a try. Worse decision ever! I should have known that there was a reason the parking lot was almost completely empty. The smell of the food was so weird and almost unbearable, but me being optimistic to trying something new thought maybe it contains fish sauce. Long story short I shared with my spouse and we are both sick!!!! It was gross and we became sick after only tasting it. The remainder went straight to the garbage where it belonged. Please shut this mess down!!!! 1 star bc you have to rate it to comment it looked good but remember everything that looks good…. IS NOT!!!

Didn’t get a refund for this but, I’ve had issues with this location before and have only called once or twice if it had to do with things I had requested off my bowls but, this shrimp was gross, I ate half the bowl before I even looked at the shrimp and saw this. Definitely won’t order here again considering they hung up on me when I wanted a refund, also the fact they were so rude on the phone and I’ve actually worked for a different noodles and company location a couple years ago and there’s no reason for them to be rude. I never even got my refund because they didn’t ask about when I ordered, or anything just straight up hung up. I was polite on the phone but didn’t even think about calling back because I knew they wouldn’t even listen.

My first time having their Tofu pad Thai & it was very tasty! The noodles on the other hand weren’t very authentic & my potstickers were very soft as well, usually they’re fried hard. I’ve had the same dish at multiple other restaurants and I could tell the difference. Besides that my overall experience was great(:

Today was not my day with them I had ordered the Alfredo with extra sauce first off me and my boyfriends order was dry and I didn’t even get my extra sauce when I called nobody cared fr they said call ubers eats I asked for the number they gave me to wrong number my thing is I have worked there before and they never had this issue idk what’s going on but I was very unsatisfied I nearly choked on each noodle and water didn’t help not to mention there was other pieces of food in my bowl that I didn’t order so not only was our food dry and I didn’t get my sauce I got extra food that I didn’t ask for great job
