Fast casual restaurant serving seafood. Reasonably priced and pleasant dining experience. Food is brought out to you, also can order to go. Seems like spot you may go get work lunch from. Food is nothing special to write home about. Portions are reasonable. Bathrooms are clean.

I recently tried a grilled salmon salad with grains and fresh lightly sautéed vegetables, and I have to say, it was a revelation. The salmon was perfectly cooked – tender and juicy with a smoky, grilled flavor that was out of this world. The bed of mixed greens was fresh and crisp, providing the perfect base for the dish.

Hi, everyone. I did not have an unpleasant experience here but there are definitely a few small things I noticed. The VERY loud music, the dirty table surfaces, the expired vinegar. The staff is very nice and caring. I know the restaurant industry is very difficult, particularly on a Sunday. I worked in food service for many years. Just correct these small things and it would have been perfect. I loved the tea and my partner loved the fish, so it was win win. Thank you! Just, please, turn the music down. I felt like I was at Studio 54.

I was greeted by the lovely staff and a nice lady explained the menu. I had the crispy shrimp over salad with the super greens garlic and herb dressing. It was done quickly and it was scrumptious. I wanted the gingerade drink to be more gingery but it was good too. I liked the playlist but it was a little too loud. I highly recommend it for a quick, nutritious lunch.

Went back for a visit for a lunch meal. Once again it was such a pleasant experience. I’m always fascinated with the decor. It creates a feeling of calmness. The staff are so nice and very helpful. After my long glance at the menu, they patiently waited with a smile for my order. I ordered Fish & Chips. My my my, I love this fish and the fries. The fries are soft (my preference) and the fish was seasoned and fried perfectly. I would make a trip downtown again to purchase this fish. It really is the perfect lunch spot or for take home dinner.

I came to this place at the recommendation of my brother who really enjoyed his salmon meal. The staff was pleasant and very helpful in explaining the menu. I decided on the Fried Cod Fish with the veggies and grain medley. The fish was delicious and surprisingly the veggies were very tasty. The grain medley needed alittle more seasoning, but was still good. The manager was so kind to help me to my car as I have some mobility issues. She was professional while having that personal touch. I will return. Loved that fried cod.
