Check your order before the delivery driver leaves. We ordered a Big New Yorker and received a Stuffed Crust. We ordered breadsticks and received a Buffalo Chicken Melt. The food we did receive was good, just not our order.

Long black human hair baked in the pizza was so disgusting that I will never order any food from this Pizza Hut. I had a refund and requested the pizza to be picked up because it arrived cold. After almost two hours, no one came to pick up the cold pizza, that’s when I decided to warm up a couple slices to eat and that’s when I saw the hair while biting into the pizza. It was so disgusting that I forced myself to throw up. Never again!!

The seasoned order taker was so nice she informed we should order online for better deals. The young order taker of course was going to let us order a pizza and wings for $40 and not say a word not until the seasoned worker/order taker helped us. She was very patient. However the food was horrible! The pizza barely had any sauce or flavor. We ordered a veggie pizza and I swear that was the worst pizza we’ve tasted in years. I remember Pizza Hut was the go-to for years but now it’s lackluster and taste like cardboard. We were so disappointed . Nothing is like it used to be. Now we pay for parmesan cheese and pepper flakes. I know the bottom line $ is everything now but it was nickeling and diming. So welcome to capitalism in these strange times.

The Pizza Hut was busy but they had a handle on the situation. The attendants acknowledge you when customers walked in and they also ask you too look at your order before you walked out with it. This order was called in before picking it up normally order on line but had problems. Thx

If there was anything lower they definitely earned it. Delivered pizza to the wrong house and gonna try to to my 12 year old had a boy in the house who took the pizza. Tried to insinuate she had ”company”. Her grandfather is in the house with them. All this coming from a so called manager which makes it that much more disrespectful. Would never spend another dollar with such a distasteful franchise.
