Justin the bartender was outstanding. Very friendly and attentive.. The burger was good not great but its a burger..jalapeños were good but the bacon was burnt. Overall I really like this “dive bar” experience. Had a wheat beer and it was really good.

Used to be my regular spot but yesterday not only did my waitress mock my drink order, she then made it so maliciously awful. Ask for a different garnish, get a drink where all you can taste is the garnish because she put 4 in and the juice. Order dinner after the crowd dies down and it takes forever and then another 20 minutes on top of that for the condiment that was ordered. Even worse last night there was a loud drunk group who i guess decided to start throwing things. They were in the front by the window and i was in the back booth and yet i was hit in the shoulder. I told the waitress and shes like i cant control them. So many bars would have cut them off lff and tossed them. Not at buddys. So this is no longer my regular spot and will never be again…been going here since 2015. Ill spend 50$+ on happyhours at another establishment

I brag about this place quite often to my friends so to be disrespected by staff AND management was out of left field. Sunday, July 9th, I brought my friend here and everything started off pretty good until the food came. There’s a dark haired lady who took my order. I ordered nachos (no meat) and they were very hard, had melted shredded cheese on them and little to no toppings. I ate about 2 of the only good chips I could find and waited a bit to see if she would come back but she didn’t, she dropped the food off and walked away. I noticed she was standing and talking to her friends so I walked up to her and asked if I could see a menu and explained to her the situation about the nachos. I let her know that i’d go with Loaded Tots (no bacon) and she said “okay”. When she brought out the new order, it was cheese fries…again, she just dropped the food off and walked away. I did notice that she went to another table to talk with them but never came back to my table, so I walked to the bar and asked her “Are you all out of tots?” she said “No, I’m changing it for you” but with an attitude. I was a little taken aback because I never disrespected her AT ALL. I asked her was there an issue and she literally told me…in front of her manager “You keep coming up to the bar and I have things to do” and walked off. I looked at her manager and said “I honestly do not like her attitude “ the manager looked me dead in my face, shrugged his shoulders and said “Okay” and walked behind the bar. I asked him for a refund and he said “For what?” so I asked the lady for a refund and she did give me a refund…after talking junk. When I walked back to my table I noticed her and the manager continued to talk smack and the group of friends she was with kept staring at the table I was at. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed because where did the attitude come from?

The place is totally fine, but the bartender we had is totally over it!!! If you’re working with a customer service area, act like it. The dj is great, we’ve seen him at other bars he’s very kind. The dark haired girl working the bar that served us was extremely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us. I like this area and want to come here more bc I like this bar but the service was so rude and unfriendly. At least smile and act like you want our tips. Hopefully I get a new bartender next time!!!

One of The bartenders is absolutely the rudest person in the world. She has dark hair was wearing braids the night we came in. Every time we come here, we pray that we don’t get her as our server in order to avoid conflict. Unfortunately, a lot of people feel the same way about her. She is rude, short, and dismissive. I am not expecting her to worship the ground I walk on but at least look like you don’t want to die when I order one drink. I came up to her, asked to order a drink, she asked for my ID, I didn’t hear her, I asked what she said, she then asked for my ID in the most ridiculous rude way that the people around me asked what happened for her to act like that. I am a bartender as well and when I’m having a bad night, I take a few deep breaths and try not to take things so personal. The manager of this bar really needs to talk to her about her attitude because she will definitely scare away customers in the future. Again, I am not asking for a smile or the grand treatment, and I understand that the drunk public can be annoying, but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude to customers who are ordering alcohol from a place that serves alcohol. I hope she gets better soon. Will not be returning.

Four of us came in on Thursday at 650. Was looking for food and some drinks. The bar was completely slammed, it kind of smelled like vomit near the door and the floor was completely soaked (hopefully just beer). I headed to the back where there were four empty tables. Since there was no host, I asked if we could sit and have someone to eat. We were unfortunately informed they were all reserved at 8. So got a beer at the bar but I literally just want a burger and I beer and these people who show up exclusively for trivia and probably collectively spend $60 for 6 people have their tables being held for over an hour? It’s trivia. Com’on First come first served. But they probably didn’t need by business anyways.

Great spot for lunch, dinner or a karaoke night. The palmetto shrimp wrap is to die for if you like palmetto cheese and old bay. Sounds strange but trust me, it’s worth it! Steak and cheese is bomb too. Be prepared for an older man crowd though.

Their brunch was amazing! We tried their stuffed jalapeños, BLT with pimento cheese, chicken and waffles, and their burger. We got tater tots on the side – fabulous! Their amazing bartender made us a Bloody Mary that was to die for. He was also an amazing waiter!
