The service was excellent but the food was not worth $104 which included the tip. We had 3 entrees, an appetizer, 2 glasses of wine and a Coke. The eggplant was cooked well but the sauce was very bland. The roasted vegetables on the pizza were very good but there was a lot of crust leftover. The wine at $7.50 a glass was ok. There was free parking behind the building and a lot of vegetarian dishes but we were left disappointed. Hard to see us coming back for a second time.

A lot of this rating comes from their 10% service fee on pickup orders. That is a bit absurd and impossible to justify esp since they still want tip and the suggested tips are in the range of 30-20%. I didn’t tip on my pickup order as a result and the staff was a bit rude to me due to this. Some dishes are very good for the price but it is definitely hit or miss. The pizza is mediocre and most pasta dishes have uninspired sauces. It’s convenient but there are definitely better places to go.

Arianna’s is a fantastic local Italian place for pizza and pasta! I had their penne alla vodka and it was delicious and their portion sizes are fairly large. They have a pretty good beer list but very limited wine list. Overall a great neighborhood go-to restaurant!

It was a wonderful place, EXCELLENT price! I got a huge, stuffed full of veggies, fetta and olives, Greek salad with added chicken and a white claw for $20!!! It was AMAZING! Great atmosphere for a large meeting of 7 (that’s why i was there). Will return when I’m in Richmond.

Ordered Pizza and wings from this place after seeing the raving reviews. Needless to say the food was inedible. The wings were burnt and the pizza dough was raw. I bit into one slice and couldn’t finish it it was that raw. I don’t know if maybe the quality is better dining in, but it seems like a lot of restaurants especially in Richmond do not care about their delivery orders and will send out whatever. That was the case here.

Amazing Italian food. Love this place so much and the staff are some of the friendliest people that have ever waited on us. In a very genuine way as well! Been here a couple times and this place is always amazing 🙂 I always get the pasta and I’d definitely recommend it.

Poor experience. The dough was crunchy and thin, like a big cracker. The mozzarella (?) layer was so thin that we could see through it. And all the rest had no taste at all. Lamentable.
