Recently I’ve been coming here for lunch and it’s been grand — in fact, I’d like to say that the lunchtime crew here is head and shoulders above other Arby’s locations — and because I keep ordering the same damn thing, I’m a little worried that they’re starting to recognize me. Anyways, good stuff! As far as Arby’s goes, this place is top-notch.

lol don’t work here, management doesn’t care about you and it’s a toxic work environment. District manager will come in for no reason and start sending people home just for him to do the hourly employee’s jobs (while he gets paid a salary). Also a manager was fire here doing being drunk during shifts so hopefully that tells you enough

The passive aggressive attitudes from the employees here is ridiculous and rude! They need to be re-trained or something, take some customer service skills. Don’t get an attitude with customers for asking a simple question at the window and then slam the window on them! I’ll stick to the arbys in short pump!

Only drive thru option. Signs posted state dining room is closed due to lack of staff. New hamburger not available- they were sold out at 5pm. Ordered a combo meal & they forgot the fries; had to circle back thru the line again to get the fries I paid for… Sign of the times:. Teenagers in foot are walking thru the drive thru because they can’t go inside! Drive carefully !!!

Received the wrong order multiple times. Since I can’t determine until I leave ok inside the bag, do they recycle the meal or toss it? Attendants are usually on facetime at the register! Maybe that’s the problem! Lol

Their prices are becoming way too expensive. Five piece chicken tenders, fries and a drink is $16. Sorry Arby’s but you’re becoming too expensive for this middle class citizen. It was one thing when your meals were $8 or $9 but at $16 I’m out.
