Wow, Woodman Rd Little Caesars has really gone down hill! Today was the third time in a row I’ve gone by to pick up a hot and ready pizza and they told me they had NO pizzas ready to go. I guess they no longer practice the Little Caesars “Hot and Ready” motto. Sad to see such a great fast food place really lose its way.

This is my favorite little Caesars in the area, when they lose a manager you can always tell. Service gets slow and incomplete, but little Caesars pay is very low to keep high quality staff especially a good GM.

I ordered online HALF AN HOUR in advance for the pizza to be ready at 5:15 and once I got there I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 5:30. I ordered in advance for a reason. When I asked why the employee at the counter laughed at me. I asked her if there was anything that could be done and she went to the back and apparently asked her manager who apparently told her nothing could be done about the situation. Bad service.

My last pizza barely had cheese on one side & it wasn’t ready when I arrived. Here I am again waiting over 30 minutes for a pizza. It was supposed to be ready between 7:07 & 7:11. It’s now 7:43 and still no pizza.

Customer service is horrible. Incorrectly entered my order and when I asked them to swap a pepperoni for a cheese pizza the employee argued with me. Not to mention having to wait over 25 minutes to get “hot n ready” pizza.

Ignorant person at the window didn’t even know the items on the menu, items were rung up completely wrong. The pizza we did get was made wrong as well, not even what was rung up completely different. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Save yourself a trip and don’t go here

Waited 10 min at the window for someone to come to it some young kid said he was the manager and still had to wait 20 more min for hot and ready pizza. Definitely should change the name to hot and slow with one car ahead 4 workers inside ?????????
