Incredible food! The Chicken gyro was loaded with tender sliced chicken, fresh veggies, and homemade yogurt tzaziki sauce! We will definitely be returning. My 2 yr old crushed a chicken gyro as well. We also enjoyed the boardwalk fries and a few of the desserts. Yum!!

We did Aleko’s catering for my moms 60th bday and I’m beyond happy! Joanna was so amazing, accommodating, and the platters were delicious! The food was fresh, presentation was great, and she went out of her way to make little changes I needed last minute. The fire feta is unique and a huge crowd favorite. I will definitely use her in the future! Thank you so much!!!!

The sweetest family owns this wonderful gem! We love them! Delicious and beautifully made food. The Avgolemono soup is outstanding as are the fresh Greek salads with grilled chicken Souvlaki and generous Gyros. We love the Spanikopita, Moussaka and the pastries!

Wow!! I was 5 mins away and because my dogs are traveling with me and it’s 85-90+ degrees out… To save time, I called ahead. I stopped by Exxon and got some gas, and the food was ready seconds after I walked in! The young lady working there was very sweet and friendly, and the staff was great! This is my first time here, and didn’t know what to expect. Because I am visiting in the area, I asked to stop by the restroom because picking up the food after I already paid, and the young lady took my food to the back counter and got it for me when I returned. I ate in my car and when I opened the container, I was Wowed! So much food. The I tasted the salad, gyro and then chicken. Yummm… The gyro is one of the best I had and didn’t expect it from a gas station restaurant. The chicken has a nice herbal flavor, Italian like. I got the combination gyro platter “Gyro and Souvlaki meats tossed together, served on a bed of basmati rice with tomatoes, onions, feta and tzatziki sauce”. I could use extra tzatziki sauce, but fortunately the gyro and Souvlaki meat have so much flavor that they are yummy alone. If I love n the area, I would come here at least once a week!! It’s enough for 2 meals!!

April 6, 2021 – Imagine. . . “You’re going to the Gas Station for dinner?” “Not really, it’s Aleko’s , you know, that Greek place in Middletown (Maryland).” Imagine convincing people that a good Greek Cafe operates out the back of a gas station? I can only award Alekos 4.5 stars for quality of their “carry out” food.

Another very good experience at Alekos. I usually get souvlaki athenian gyro and chicken orzo soup, they are always amazing! I am never disappointed with this place. Their gyro is tender, flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned and it’s melting in your mouth! Excellent service, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love this little place and highly recommend it!
