I mean, it is a greasy spoon breakfast dive. Was it terrible? No. Just nothing at all special. The hash browns have a slightly sour taste, and the cheese was low quality. Coffee was watered down.

The times that I’ve been here the food has always tasted so good. No matter what you get on the menu you can tell that it’s made with love. The atmosphere is so unique. It’s hard to find something authentic now and days. You definitely find that here. I appreciate the originality. Very humble enviroment. Keep doing what you’re doing.

The food is not as good as I was expecting. The service seems to be ok but, they overcharge you. It seems to be a frequent practice, they add 1 or 2 dollars to your bill. I went to this restaurant a few days ago and, when I was going to pay I noticed that they were overcharging a round amount on my bill and over the taxes, I let the waiter know about the overcharge and he’s explanation was that I was “oh it’s because of the taxes, you are not adding the taxes”. It was a round amount separated from the tax so it was very easy to notice. Probably he was probably trying to add another tip. The place is very old I believe they haven’t had a remodeling since the 80’s. One of the customers was complaining to the manager about a waitress who went to the restroom and did not wash her hands. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

The service and food are ok. My only and perhaps biggest complaint is that the steak did not taste right. Something is off about it and I can’t figure it out. Maybe it was bad.

Stay away from this nasty place. I ordered steak and when it came it smelled nasty. I then gave it a try and it was either racoon meat or very old meat that was over seasoned. I told the waitress to smell and she did and gagged, she took it back and didn’t even apologize. I saw the cook watching us the entire time to see if we would even try it. No one even said sorry about this. My wife had bacon and it was old dried up and also nasty. We literally just got up and left. I suggest everyone stay away from this nasty dump.

First time trying this place and honestly the last, servers here have no customer service training, no smiles, no friendliness, just doing the minimum. Food was…. eatable, eggs were ok but pancakes were horrible, they tasted old and sour. on top of that prices are high for what you get. I don’t recommend it

Great food great service. The place was packed but i still only waited maybe 10 minutes to be seated. As soon as i was seated my waitress was there to take my order. I chose the #59 eggs benedict with poached eggs, sausage patties smothered in gravy. If you’re looking for a different delicious breakfast joint this is the place!
