These people are abusing their fish. I pointed this out to the manager and he looked at me like I was stupid. The fish are far too large for the enclosure, and there are too many in the tank. Not only that, the water in the tank is so low, the fish stick out of the water while they are swimming. A really large white fish was just laying because it couldn’t support itself, and was on death’s door. If you can’t care for fish, do not have them. Stop exploiting animals for entertainment purposes. Any way the buffet was super dry and old as well. Desert bar was empty. Ice cream scoop is very unsanitary, as you have to fully immerse your hand into the water to grab the scoop.

No beef, no pork, no lo mein, I finally decided to just eat an orange and they got rid of the oranges. Host had us dig through the hostess station for our utensils. Didn’t seat us.. 50 bucks for 3 people. I wouldn’t take a starving dog here.

This place made me feel grimy just by walking in. I can’t remember what the health score was, but it was LOW, and the reasons were obvious. For a number of reasons I’m surprised the place has stayed open, and that I didn’t leave with food poisoning or a parasite the one time I ventured in there. The food is stale and definitely not good enough to ignore the health concerns. I don’t consider myself a germaphobe, but the issues here were glaringly obvious and everything was visibly dirty. I don’t recommend, and definitely won’t be going back.

My kids and I went to eat here Tuesday and we had only ate about 2 bites of food (thankfully) , when the waitress came to top off our drinks . I watched her pour a cockroach into my sons drink and thank goodness I was watching. I got up and carried the drink to the front and told them we were leaving , the waitress grabbed the roach out and said she could get me another drink . I said no we are not eating here . He said ok we will only charge you for one drink. I said no, we haven’t ate any food except maybe 2 bites , I’m not paying for food we did not eat and it has roaches . The waitress starting yelling in Chinese and they told me they would call the cops if we did not pay. I told them to go ahead and they did . I spoke with the police and they recommended to just pay half since my kids and I are standing out in the heat are this point and instead of filling out reports we could pay half and told me to call the health department and the Alabama BBB. We have ate here for a couple years and I’m absolutely disgusted .

Used to be a good place to eat. As of today I will not be going back. The customer service needs to be extremely upgraded. They barely acknowledge you but have no problem bringing the check before you’ve even started to eat good. Then you can forget somebody coming to clear plates from your table. I could go on but I’ll stop here.

This place is nasty. Food reheated all the time. Recently a lady fou d a cockroach in her drink. Sje refused to pay and theu called the policies on her. The best defence is to not eat here. It’s a health issue.

I ordered from this place lobster roll, avocado roll , avocado salad. As soon as the food came in. It was cold. The sushi was stale and the salad was a joke just having avocado and lettuce.

Would give it 0/5 stars if I could. Got a little donut thing… Had mold in it. Smelt likes chemicals and sewer. Went back to get 3 more & they all had mold in them as well and smelt the same. Told the waitress and she shrugged her shoulders, smiled, and walked off because she did not speak english. Took the plate and threw it in the garbage but left the donut tray out.
