Zero stars if possible. Don’t waste your money here. Really bad costumer service. Food is really bad. Really small portions, and if u add more they want to charge extra. Cashier was on the phone all the time and when I asked for 1 extra fork she got bother.

The workers were very rude. The main cashier had an attitude with every customer that came to ask for something. We had bought extra noodles and she took off our extra noodles when she thought we weren’t looking but we saw her. We asked her why and to please put them back and she just said that she can’t since it’s on the grill already and we already paid. Later on, we got our noodles when she left and the cook saw us and snitched on us to her. She started laughing so much since she saw us looking at her and then she said what do you want? We asked for soy sauce and she yelled at us saying to go over there. We went over there and she slammed the soy sauce down on the counter and said now go, go! Horrible way to treat her customers. Worst service i’ve ever had. It’s usually not like this.

I have never experienced anything like this in any restaurant. I’m very dissapointed because of the experience I had today in this place… I made an order and we asked the cashier for extra napkins, she said she couldn’t, that they didnt have any extras to give out, so we asked the other cashier and she told me that she couldn’t because the owner only It allowed them to give the only ones that give with the fork, (witch are only two really small napkins). I told her that that was wrong, and she said she only have that ones with the fork, then I told her then just give me another fork with napkins .

The lady that does cashier was terrible I had asked her a question and she literally told me she didn’t speak English and I didn’t know how to order. She had a very bad attitude and when she took someone else’s order she clearly spoke English. Very bad customer service!!!!!! If you see this lady at the cash register please run. Or don’t order at all. Only one lady that works here was very kind and helped me how it works here.

Horrible customer service, rude workers, food quality is terrible! Do not eat here.. I could’ve got better noodles at panda express for a quarter of the price with better service. They really should get better employees or just shut down all together.. 25 bucks for a handful of noodles and a few pieces of frozen meat.. Does this look like a 25 dollar meat? This place is a joke!

Plate is around $15. They give you bowl and you choose how much meat you want and which type. I ordered regular noodles not extra since I like more meat than noodles. Very delicious and cashier lady was very friendly. I recommend adding pineapple and jalapeño for a good spicy sweet kick.

Worse customer service by the cashier named Ana ( that’s the name she gave me when I asked for her name). When I was waiting to pay she was chit-chatting with the cook, she didn’t come charge me until her co-worker told her she had a line. My meal was going to be about $10 so I was about to hand her a $100 and she was like “NO I have no change you will be leaving me with no change” but no where in there does it say they don’t accept large bills or like some places have no larger that $20. So I left empty handed.

Firstly i swallowed a piece of hair and realized when i went pull my fork out my mouth and when i went to explain to the worker she looked at her other workers speaking in spanish as of i didnt understand her saying it wasnt her hair or theirs and hers was blonde. Waiting on her to say something back she stood there a good 4 minutes ignoring me before she walked to get me another bowl. I told her i didnt want it I prefer a refund and my daughters plate as well. She was rude she walked away. Then i asked her who the manager was and she said herself. And i said okay who is the owner i would like to speak to someone other than you. I began to record and she pocked up her phone to record me asking for management jus mimicking me.

The food is ok , I got charged 15$ for LESS than what you get at panda express . DO NOT tell them your food is to go , they will serve you less noodles !!! The only way you will get your moneys worth here is if you pack the bowl with beef and even then it’s just fair.
