Repost: My original post was a a huge success with over 11,100 views! That was a little over one year ago in 2022. It was one of the first in a few that was posted on Google that recieved a large reception. But, sadly in the last few months of 2022 up until now, my food and experience has not been great. As a regular, each time I’ve walked in I wasn’t greeted with a friendly attitude. Everyone looks unhappy and the cashiers are very stone faced and short.. My salads have consisted of alot of yellow leaves and romaine base stems. The chicken has been dry, and without much flavor. They don’t include a small 2oz cup of Tzatziki sauce with your salad and bread anymore. You have to pay extra for that 2oz Tzatziki sauce. Unless, you order a scewer of meat, then they’ll give you a small 2oz cup of it. That is how it was firmly put to me by the young blonde cashier… The standard size of Tzatziki and the large size were always items that you DID have to pay for. I also find it odd that they never remember me when I come in. I even showed one of the employees my original review and the view count it got from the public. She was impressed by my writing and photos. She took a photo of it to show the owner. You’d think they’d remember me by now after a year has gone by… That they’d be friendlier, honest, and a little more hospitable, instead of giving me low ball service. It’s mind boggling…

It is very rare these days, that I find myself feeling full from a normal single serving… However, I found myself beginning to fill by halfway through, and now I’m comfortably stuffed from the lamb souvlaki with feta fries… congratulations, you have done something I rarely get to experience anymore…

The gyro meat was very old and dried out today. It tasted bad, fries were very good. My advice is to throw out the meat after it turns bad.

Edit: Dropping my review to a single star. After filling out the survey they linked below, no one has contacted me regarding my experiences despite the fact it says they will. I’ve waited 2 weeks, plenty of turn around time for this. Shame to see that the total disregard for customer service extends beyond customer service in the restaurant.

We live 45 minutes away, but got to try them from a Yelp! Elite event. The food we got for carryout was very yummy. Everything was fresh and filling. We really enjoyed it all. The service was friendly and as quick as they could be for a busy Friday evening of carryout only (covid).
