Ordered BBQ wings they were not done called the store, the manager insisted they were fully cooked and was told I could get a free 8 piece on next order, what about this order, it wont be a next order if the last ones wasn’t done. Poor management. Never Again!!!!!

We have never had problems with them until this past weekend. They have delivered to my house at least once a week for the past couple of weeks and 100+ times before then. We tried to order for deliver this past Saturday and they refused. We even told them we would meet them at their apparently new stopping point they refused. Then hung up on my husband. When I called back to make sure they canceled the order and explained why we wanted it cancleded the boy hung up on me while saying something I could not understand. This has been the only pizza place we order from but we will not be using them again.

Horrible service. Pizza was good. I also ordered cheese bread and a cookie. I would not recommend it. Service was slow. I ordered online. The tracker said order was ready. However, when I arrived they said it would be 6 minutes. Apparently, someone messed up my order. Instead of six minutes it took fifteen.

When I arrived to pickup my pizza, they had record of order, but never completed it or started preparing the pizzas. But customer service was very apologetic and gave priority for my order do didn’t have to wait but about 10-15 minutes. Also gave half price deal on additional dessert I ordered. Pizza itself was very good.

I’m never disappointed ordering from the Amory store! Even if I’ve had an issue, they go above and beyond to fix it. The customer service is unmatched! We eat dominoes weekly at minimum.

I have given them so many chances to improve themselves, and tonight was pretty much the last straw. We are very frequent customers of Dominos and we used to get great, friendly service, and the food was always delivered in a very timely manner. Over the last four months it has gotten absolutely RIDICULOUS! Tonight makes the last time we will order. I really in truly kept giving them so many chances, in hopes things would improve. Tonight it took an hour and a half to receive our food, which was COLD. That has become their norm apparently, and couldn’t care less. One particular night approximately a month or so ago it took 2 1/2 hours to receive our order even though the tracker stated it was out of the oven, checked for perfection and ready to go 20 minutes after ordering. Therefore, my food sat for two hours and 20 minutes. I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone, and finally when they answered, and I began to explain the situation, she had the most disrespectful attitude, said it wasn’t her fault and what did I want her to do about it. I simply said an apology at the very least would have been appreciated. But… nothing. I explained if there was ever a similar situation to please let me know, and we would come pick it up. To which she said ok yeah whatever, BYE. So, BYE DOMINOS! You just lost a valuable, loyal customer. GET IT TOGETHER, NO EXCUSE
