This is truly the most surprising place I have ever been in. The food was nothing short of over the top, fantastic. An establishment of this utmost quality is worthy to be in NYC. Shayla was the sweetest server. Chicken Parm was delicious. Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy: yummy. Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese was incredible. We will be back often!

Wow what a menu! We came here for my wife’s birthday dinner and we were taken back by the great menu selections. Everything sounded soo good and we had a hard time making a selection. We settled on the smothered chicken with spinach and artichoke dip with Swiss cheese on top. It was amazing! Our waitress was on top of her game and we were covered with service from the minute we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food and likes variety because this place was our favorite restaurant during our entire vacation!

Z’s is our go-to date night spot in town. My husband and I LOVE their Old Fashions menu and we’ve yet to experience a bad meal, though we’ve done more of the entrees than any sandwich option. We also always take home a piece of pie for dessert and the pie has never once disappointed.

Heard great things about this place and was so disappointed. Appetizer was cold and had to be sent back. Beer was warm. Was there over an hr and still hadn’t gotten our food. My meal was cold when it came so I sent it back but wasn’t going to wait another hour so I didn’t get a meal. They did take it off the bill but I kinda felt as though they didn’t care.

My husband I were in town for a play and had stopped in for dinner after researching where to eat. I am so glad we did! The food was excellent and the menu was unique and varied. My husband had the 50/50 burger and said it was delicious and I had the tenderloin which I was hesitant about at first because you never know but it was so so good. We finished the meal with a shared piece of from scratch caramel cheesecake. We will definitely make the hour drive back again just to eat here!

My son was back visiting from out of state and I am new in town. We decided we would visit this establishment. First when we were seated they did not ask nor provide us with a high chair for my granddaughter. We ordered mushrooms as an appetizer which were major greasy and the batter was undercooked. We werent given any silverware and my son had to go ask for some at the bar. There were three adults and my 1 yo grandchild. They gave us two sets of silverware. I ordered a baked potatoe with my entree. It seemed like it had been cooked multiple times. I had to literally saw through the skin with the steak knife. The breaded loins were huge; extremely thick and the breading though cooked on the outside seemed uncooked/mushy inside. The waitress wasnt able to answer our questions about menu items. I requested mayo and lettuce for my loin as I do not like ketchup and mustard on loins. I got a loin and lettuce on a bun. The waitress never came back around to check on us, so I had to eat it plain. But the worst was the cleanliness. The floors were disgusting, the table had a basket of sorts that housed ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. There were several food particles clearly visible through the bottom of the basket. Let’s say I won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone coming to town. Who seats three adults and a toddler with no highchair or silverware?!

Been told to check this place out for a while. Finally did. The parmesan brussel sprouts appetizer was amazing. My Caesar side salad was awesome. My mushroom swish burger….not so much. Was asked how I wanted it cooked. I said medium. Came out well done. We were in a hurry so I just ate it as it’d already taken almost 30 mins to get the food. Girlfriend got the 50/50 burger and steak fries. Her burger was a little more medium than mine but she wasn’t ever asked how she wanted hers. Steak fries had no seasoning on them whatsoever. We will try again as I always give places a second chance but it wasn’t that mind blowing as it’d been made out to be.

We’ve had spectacular service and food at Z’s. I love going to eat there. The drinks are good and always get good suggestions for food (brussel sprouts and blue cheese!) Their friend mushrooms are my favorite around the area. I haven’t had a bad meal yet.
