On this visit I ordered pizza and wings. Wings were not available . I went with the big New Yorker they have been advertising. Well I want what they advertised. I have a picture below. This is a pepperoni pizza that didn’t fill the box or have much pepperoni.

I do door dash and they are consistently late on getting out pizzas which hurts my ratings on door dash. When they make you wait over 20 minutes when a pizza is due, it is a complete disrespect of time.

This place Did not meet expectations . We have had Pizza Hut in Alexandria a few times and have enjoyed it very much. This Pizza Hut needs to be updated. The inside is like having a few tables in the garage. The pizza was pretty disappointing. The Pizzone wasn’t cooked completely. There was still unmelted cheese inside. I ended up putting it in the oven when I got home. The stuffed cheese knots weren’t stuffed at all. There was barely any cheese in them. The guy working the counter was polite and helpful.

Not happy. Ordered 3 pizza the same. Some breadsticks and 2 of the pizzas came our friends started eating and mine and my wife’s pizza hadn’t came out yet. Paid $114 just to wait for our pizza for an hour. Was told it was coming out three times until I got upset and addressed it then 10 mins later it came out.

This si the only store I live near with pizza I love. BUT, when it comes to management, I am GREATLY disappointed in the fact that out of the three managers that work at the Leesville location, there are two that actually look busy, and one named Torri or what not that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and I sometimes come in hearing her complaining and yelling at the other managers for doing their jobs even when they store is busy. It’s highly aggravating to see how the laziest people who laugh and sit on their phones all day are the ones with clean clothes because they won’t pick up a scrubber and get dirty. Whoever the two Brittany and Brittany managers are deserve a HUGE PAY RAISE, or this Torri/Tory chick needs to be fired. The atmosphere would be more professional and happier.
