High end, polished atmosphere with top quality service. Incredible friendly staff that are available at a moment’s notice. Trout amadine is worth returning for – perfectly cooked, well balanced dish with a strong brown butter flavor. Beef tartare, prepared table side, was one of the best I’ve had and came with deliciously chewy and crunchy fresh bread.

The overall experience was delightful, the loud music was a minor drawback. The volume made conversation difficult without raising our voices excessively. By finding a more balanced level, Le Select could further enhance the dining atmosphere. Nonetheless, the dedicated staff provided exceptional service and the cuisine was outstanding. With some attention to the music, Le Select has the potential to create an even more memorable dining experience.

Every now and then you have a dining experience that transcends others. Last night was it for my wife and I. Our dinner at Le Select was perfect in every way. From the minute we walked in till we left. A major part of that was Careen, our server. Within 30 seconds I knew she would take care of us. I barely glanced at the menu and never looked at the wine list. Ever bite we ate was fantastic and perfectly paired with wine she recommended. I would highly recommend this restaurant and suggest you ask for Careen. BOKA group never misses, but this place is a grand slim! Already planning our next visit. By the way, best scallop dish ever and the duck is succulent, and the tartar is served with potato chips and it works great. Also one of the most beautiful restaurants in the city. Don’t walk to this place, run!!

This place is a gem. We had a wonderful experience from the service, food and the vibe of the restaurant. We started with the seafood platter. It was very good and fresh. I got the New York strip and he got the Duck à l’orange. Both very good. For dessert we got cream puffs filled with vanilla ice cream and then drowned in chocolate syrup. It was delicious! Upstairs is club 504. It is very sexy and modern. The walls are covered in red velvet and the lights are dim. There’s music and comfy tables and chairs to sit at. It is open until 2:00am. Definitely a wonderful night we will definitely be back.

I won’t lie I was a little nervous for this reservation having read all the reviews here. However, I was really pleasantly surprised. Simple good quality ingredients, in true French fashion, not fussy but excellently executed. Overall really enjoyed and Careen our server was excellent. At times service was a little slow but our server was super and dealing excellently in an extremely busy environment. Yes it’s a little loud, yes it’s busy and yes it’s overpriced but hey overall we loved it!

The artichoke ravioli was fantastic. The menu wasn’t very french so I looked for the most French meal and the ravioli didn’t disappoint. But being experienced in French restaurants I found the menu lacking true French choices. It shouldn’t have any American items but it did so this is a French-American restaurant in my opinion. The bread they served at first was weak also. Not warm, plain, dry and too thick. With butter. Confirmed by my friend to be poor. Atmosphere was good. Noise level was up there but not too bad. Good service

Gorgeous interior design, some of the best I’ve seen in a restaurant. Service is impeccable and food is great. The bone marrow was especially delicious. Perfect experience from start to finish. Ask about the bar/lounge upstairs for after dinner drinks.

You can tell it’s a newer restaurant hasn’t quite got the vibe figured out (random music that doesn’t match environment). We were seated in the middle of the restaurant sandwiched between two parties when the restaurant was mostly empty. The food was pretty mediocre. I thought the steak tartare was edible until my boyfriend said it looks like guts and I couldn’t unsee it. Steak was good with a nice pepper sauce. The old fashioneds were served in cheap cups. Way too overpriced for what getting. $450 for bleh. With that, service was great, Mike was a great server. Lounge was nice as well.
