I usually order from this place but I have noticed the dinners have gotten shorter.. (prices higher) quality is a No (Just went downhill overtime) but not only that! I ordered pepper beef and got Onions (little pepper and barely any beef) I mean I couldve just ordered cooked onion.. so just for reference..if you order no onion cause they basically filling your order with onions… I wont be coming here again.

I’ve been ordering from this place never had any issues until today. Worst customer service not only they sent my order wrong but when I called about the wrong items they were still denying me a refund. I wasn’t at fault if you can’t double check you’re sending out the orders correctly I suggest you quit the restaurant business. The correct thing to do is refund the order. Definitely don’t recommend this place they’re better places out there. Food/flavor also changed.

Quality ingredients for standard prices. observe my photos. The wonton soup had thick chewy noodles with fresh savory meat inside. The crab Rangoon had thick chunks of crab meat, and the bourbon chicken was excellent, wouldn’t say it was the best I’ve ever had, but definitely worth 5 stars just for the quality. I’m not worried about whether or not this restaurant reheats and serves left overs like some do, it’s so obviously fresh. Reasonably priced, you can pay $10 for a dish with portions enough for two.

First time going into this restaurant, first impression I got is that it was a very filthy place. It wasn’t dirty it was filthy! There is dried food in all the chairs and tables.I even notices food on the walls like they never clean.The rude man that rang us up was watching T. V and on he’s phone the whole time. He was so rude to my husband and I. He treated us like we were stupid and annoying him because we wanted to eat. The food had no flavor,so I couldn’t tell you if it was good or bad. It was pretty late and I’m sure the cooks work 16 hours a day so they where tired, so it’s not their fault. First impression is everything. The people in the counter are the face of the restaurant if they keep treating costumers like that they will go out of business because they are so rude and don’t like to clean.

Used to eat here quite often. Try to order a meal and have them pack it separate so the gravy didn’t get all over the rice. They literally made me order everything separate because he couldn’t understand to pack the gravy separate so the $35 meal turned into a $60 meal. When I called to ask what happened he said it wasn’t his problem and offered no fix. They forgot the free eggrolls. The food is decent but the service definitely makes me skip this place in the future. I will never order from here again

Elaine’s Chop Suey is very good! I don’t live close to the restaurant, but when I have a craving for Chinese food, that’s where I go. Yesterday I had fried rice, shrimp chop suey and an egg roll. Excellent, just excellent !!! The customer service is okay, for the cashier is a bit quiet, but that’s okay. I like the beef with broccoli as well. Elaine’s gets high marks. It’s very good!!!

Used to eat here all the time, but now food doesn’t taste the same. Prices increased and food amount decreased. Can order beef and broccoli and will have so much broccoli and bell peppers you can’t find the beef. They even use to have coupon for free food/drink when you spend a certain amount but now they give you every excuse in the book to keep from giving you the free item. Definitely my last time ordering. I’ll stick to Panda Express at least I know what to expect.

Nastiest food, I’ve ever eaten in my life. Found a short white/gray hair in my pot stickers (this is my 2nd time I’ve found random hair in my food after ordering from here) orange chicken was more like thinly sliced orange chicken, the French fries were definitely the last crumbs from the bottom of the bag of frozen fries and was inedible because it was extremely over cooked. The rice is almost always PLAIN rice (good luck getting shrimp fried rice), how do you serve PLAIN rice with lunch specials and dinner specials? They also wouldn’t allow us to use the free coupons attached to their menus after paying over $50 for the food just to not be able to eat it! This is place only serves over priced RATIONED food and that is exactly what it is and I highly suggest you spend your money else where. The only thing that taste good was the pop that came with the food.
