This is my favorite taco bell. There are 5 other taco bells with in 5 miles. But this location has never let me down. Food is always fresh. Napkins. Suace is on point. Forks. Straws nothing is ever forgotten.

8/16/203 – Parked and went inside to order. Ordering through kiosk was pretty easy but not all items advertised at the restaurant was available on the kiosk menu (i.e., watermelon slushy was advertised in the restaurant but not listed on the kiosk menu). Waited for about 20 minutes to get my food. It looked like there was only one worker on the line making food. Did see some employees come into the restaurant for a shift change but they didn’t get on the line right away to assist the lonely employee in making food. Once I got my food, I was told that the slushy machine had broken, and I couldn’t get the slushy that I ordered. The manager did offer another drink option, but I didn’t want soda. She reimbursed me for my slushy. When I got home to eat my food, I realized that all the items I ordered was not in the bag. They forgot to give me the cinnamon twist I ordered. I shouldn’t have to double check the bag before I leave the restaurant, but I will from now on. The trust that all my ordered food items is in the bag is very low at this point. Food was good but what I experienced above is unacceptable.

Trash was overflowing into sauces and napkins. I told the employees at the counter and they just walked back into the kitchen and ignored me. It wasn’t busy. If the lobby is this dirty, I can’t imagine how disgusting the kitchen is.

Went last week and ordered a VEGGIE grilled cheese burrito, came home and bit into it and it was beef, my husband went back and they gave a new supposedly “correct” one this time, we come home, cut it open & it was BEEF again, my husband called and was told the manager would make it right for him, so he went back AGAIN, it was finally correct this time.

The prices have gone up too much here, because of greed I’m sure. Fast food is supposed to be the cheaper alternative to dining out. I always get the same thing so I noticed from 2020 to 2023 the Taco Party Pack went from $19.07 to $26.39, a 38% increase.

Nobody really interacts with you at this location so that is disturbing. Apparently everyone has gotten so used to the kiosk that the employees don’t even realize there are customers in the lobby. I pick up food here quite a lot because it’s convenient to use the app and saves a lot of money however they do mess up the order quite a lot

Menue has 12 party pack soft or hard taco 19.99 with that it says surpream the is also listed with 19.99. When you get to drive up total is 25. 30 then when you tell them the sign don’t read that way they just say sorry . Its very miss leading. The young at the drive up was new so he had no clue understandable for him. Head lady did’t give a flying bird.
