I gave two stars because the food is good , that’s not the problem. However , the cashier & the the cook are rude. She couldn’t really hear me because she had her AirPods in, she acted like she had an attitude when I ordered my food. I asked how long she asked the cook the cook said “10 minutes other people ordered food too”. I don’t like the treatment I got today. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it .. I come in this Harold’s all the time & never got the treatment I got today. & they phone always off the hook!

Doesn’t taste like authentic Harold’s. This is my second time going to this location in a month. The first time was a Grubhub order so I thought maybe it was bad because of the delivery. Ordered again today and I did not enjoy the chicken. The staff is nice but the food isn’t great and the breading on the chicken doesn’t look very tasty.

Never again will I order from this place, I ordered a small gizzard today and it was so hard you could knock somebody out with it. I couldn’t even chew the things and it look like they were cooked in old grease. Also my order did not include cole slaw in which it should have. I gave 1 star because the staff was nice but the food was not.

Decided to get some chicken at the last minute and I must say I’m so glad I did and we went to this Harolds the customer service is great my husband went in and ordered had good exchange with the young man he told us 15 minutes for our food and it was less then that and we looked up he was bringing us our food to our car we was so surprised and we thank him for his great customer service you don’t get that now a days. Our food was fresh hot and delicious I will share our experience with all our friends and family. We will be back soon thank y’all so much

I ordered 12 pieces of chicken for my family. These tiny thighs were in the pan. And, no, they did not add chicken to the 12 pieces to account for this. The second thigh is tiny (but not as tiny). However, along the sides I could tell that it was refried (old chicken). The last photo is the inside of the undone drumstick I almost feed my child. This is unacceptable and a total waste of money. I wish a zero star rating was possible.

Majority of the people working here don’t even greet you when you walking through the door…They literally just look at you..They have attitudes and barely wanna speak to you…it’s always a extremely long wait too just for the food to taste like the grease old

The grease they use is ALWAYS old. You smell it as soon as you approach the door. They have attitudes, it’s common to walk in and not be greeted. (I’ve picked up both personal and delivery orders) The light skinned lady at the register literally threw my order up on the counter and turned back around lol they’re a joke. Go to an authentic Harold’s not this knockoff.

It was a first-time visit, and the poor young man taking orders was absolutely working, magical, wonderful customer service, and cooking because he was working alone. Enjoyed the shrimp and chicken meal it was delicious!
