Management needs to tell staff to acknowledge delivery and pick up orders. Waited ten minutes staring at 4 employees with them looking off into space or something else instead of asking if I needed help when I was at the pick up area. I had to shout to get attention as they just piled on the pick up orders but weren’t helping me nor two other drivers standing there.

This is our 2nd time visiting here to Panda Express. My sister had a craving for their egg rolls. Then we added a few more options. When you come inside the menu is above the servers. They have a new way of ordering. I tried to take a picture. But it’s by Bowl = 1 entree & 1 side OR by Plate= which is 1entree and 2 sides. Then there is a Big Plate which is 2 entrees and 2 sides. It’s really how many scoops they fill your plate or bowl. Then you scoot down the line to the another section which is the meats. Like Shrimp, Beef or Chicken next to the end where they ask you Red Sauce or Brown sauce added to your rice or meats. They have extra sauce’s to add meal. Or if you want a drink to buy they have a cooler in front which you can grab a cold one or they have fountain drinks on tap a self service you can pour yourself. Then you can pay for your meal.

Let’s start by establishing this is a fast food joint. That being said, it’s a phenomenal one. Been a dozen or so times. Food is always fresh, if it’s not they ask if you can wait for a fresh batch (customers choice). Staff has always been various degrees of fast and friendly. Prices are super reasonable (bc fast food).
