I truly enjoy this neighborhood spot. The coffee is excellent and the food even better. My favorite dish is the Blackened Shrimp bowl. It’s full of flavor but the only problem is that I can’t stop eating it after I’m full. Cannot recommend Soul n Vinegar enough!

Soul N’ Vinegar is a welcome (re)addition to Church Hill North. Their falafel bowl and spicy rolls are delicious, and the portions are huge – I’m always able to split it up in two sizable meals. The sides and desserts are great as well.

Really great place for grab & go options! Super cute decor! This has been my go-to place to pick up food any time I sign up for a friend’s meal train. This location is temporarily closed at the moment. It was a great place to pick up lunch on my lunch break. The pimento cheese spread and hummus are SO good!

I’m always excited with a new restaurant opening within walking distance. I’d been curious about the concept since it was announced last year, and went to stop by on opening day to check it out. On the first trip, I picked up a falafel bowl, golden curry w/rice, their Bangin’ Pimento Cheese, and a Nutella strawberry shortcake bar, all for less than $30. Everything was delicious. We housed the container of Pimento Cheese in days. Went back today to get dinner for tonight and lunch tomorrow. Pictures are of the gluten free/vegan quinoa falafel bowl, and roasted sweet corn and cous cous salad. Also had the Greens, Beans, and cornbread. Lunch tomorrow will be the BBQ chicken, collards, and cornbread for me, and the Taco chopped salad for my partner (which I really wanted for myself, but maybe next time!). Again, these 5 items were only $30! I’m really grateful for their presence in the neighborhood and look forward to all of our future visits.

Soul N’ Vinegar provided catering for a board retreat in March. The box lunches were amazing! The food was delicious including an excellent and filling vegetarian box lunch option. The snack trays were more than enough. The box lunches were filling, healthy, and tasty.
