SPENT OVER 18 MIN WAITING FOR A POT PIE TO BE COOKED AFTER RECIEVING IT AND GOING BACK TO WORK IT WAS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. TOP WAS STILL DOUGHY AND THE VEG WERE NOT COOKED. COULD EVEN GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE . NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. AND SINCE I SPENT MY WHOLE LUNCH HOUR WAITING FOR IT. I CAN’T GO OUT AND GET ANYTHING ELSE SO I’M GUESS NO LUNCH FOR ME TODAY!!!!!!

Went to Taco Bell inside KFC. Ordered Chicken Quesadillia, Nachos Bellegrande, Burrito Supreme and Dr. Pepper. Our meals were hot and tasty. The kids loved the Chicken Quesadillia, my Nachos Belle Grande was very good and the Burrito Supreme was greatly enjoyed!! We would recommend going to KFC/Taco Bell!!

Possibly the worst KFC in the country I have worked as a long hall driver and have literally driven all over the country.this KFC has always been the go-to for chicken my home is about a mile from here.but found if I want decent service and food that is not old or burnt up .I have to go the extra 10 miles to the Chester location.i will not eat in at the Richmond location located on Jefferson Davis also known as Richmond Rd because of the additude and the nastyniss of this location.after driving the country I’d recommend shutting down this location it would serve better as a parking lot than an insult to anyone who likes KFC and or any kind of restaurant I’ll eat McDonald’s before I go through this restaurant ever again

Decent food. Nite shift crew is great. Daphne who works the front counter 6 days a week is awesome. She always make sure order is correct and is super courteous. Can be a very long wait at times. Daphne is expected to take order and make the food. Overall not bad.

Very clean, but stop using covid as a reason to not have sauce packets out. It’s not safer for your cashier (who’s been touching dirty money) to grab packets than for me to grab them myself. And it’s not saving you money. I was given 4 sauces when I would have grabbed just 2. And if the 3 doors, one was broken and one was locked. I HATE when a random side of double doors is locked. Two way entrance allows two way traffic.
