I love this food, but you guys very often make it bad. Several times I was delivered completely burnt potatoes. You can see the photo from the site and how it was delivered in reality. Also, if you order additional ingredients for your plate, be prepared that they will charge you money for this, but they will not put half of the ingredients. I wouldn’t write a negative review, but damn, this has happened so many times already!

Salads are really good. They have really improved on their timeliness but 30% of the time my order is wrong. what is most annoying is the frontline employees scream at the top of their lungs to the employees in basement and kitchen. Maybe it’s supposed to be trendy but I find it totally annoying. Management Buy them an intercom!!!

Great place for a healthy and delicious meal. The staff was super friendly and kind. You can make substitutions and ask for dressing on the side if you want. They were out of avocados but she was super nice about it. They even brought some water out for me when they realized I was dining in. A lot of people order it to go or online for pickup. One downside is that it can get kind of pricey. But worth it in my opinion.

Was able to get a free salad at lunchtime the day prior to opening. A little chaotic, but that’s to be expected before everything gets more orderly. Service was good, very quick and attentive. Ingredients are fresh and many are locally grown. Small menu, but you can do your own if you prefer. Good salad/lunch option for the West Loop.

I arrived on time, 1:15 p.m. for $16 worth of food, one dish. For 25 minutes I was told by 3 different people my order was coming right up. At 27minutes I gave up and left. This location is regularly, very slow. The workers are polite, but the location needs a management upgrade. I’ll not be back.
