Very poor customer service, when they make a sandwich they don’t even include everything that’s listed on the menu, staff they have as sorry as hell, I’ll come in to place an order and the person that’s supposed to make the sandwiches is looking at me crazy like I’m not supposed to be here. Ordering machine down and and they act like they don’t even want to take my order. I should have followed my gut and only associated with the Quiznos on 70 because they’re a lot better and they only have one person working.

This Quiznos was in a gas station. You had to place your order on a touch screen. It had no way to edit your order without canceling the whole thing and starting over. I was ordering for 4 people, one of whom is a child. I consider myself to be computer savvy. It wasn’t really user friendly. It wasn’t easy to find what you wanted and without a clear way to go back to the prior screen or edit your order. When traveling, the last thing anyone needs is to get frustrated with placing an order for something quick to eat. They only had two tables to sit at as well. It was clean and the food was as expected. I just wasn’t happy that we couldn’t get help from a person when placing the order.

Amazing! So happy to find Quiznos within 20 miles of my house. The Italian Sub on wheat bread loaded with extra banana peppers wow. Who knew? they also have a Lobster Roll!! Life is good.

Horrible! No one in line, no other orders, and it took over 20 minutes to get our subs made. The subs were made wrong too. Don’t go here unless you have a lot of extra time and a whole lot of patience!
