They never delivered my order at all after they told me it would arrive in 25 minutes which was at 8:06pm and when i called which was a half an hour hour after, he told me the driver was on the way and hung up on me. It is now 9:25… 35 minutes before closing time and still no pizza. They even stopped answering for me. I won’t be ordering again ever!

Driver blamed pizza place of not letting him know there was an order and said they deliver until 3pm . I called at 1:48pm (they took my delivery order with no issue) & pizza arrived at 3:30pm…to top it off on a pepperoni and sausage pizza there’s barely any meat on there…

Pizza was ordered and my order was recieved wrong the first time around so they decided they would give is a credit because they were closing.We order out credit pizza Only To Get $5 taken Off the bill Mind you The the original Cost spend for pizza the 1st time was $40 we order our “credit pizza” and was told only 5$ would come off which if yu ask me Thats Only delivery fee! I didnt get Any credit what so ever for my meal and i received it luke warm almost cold . Go Positanos SMH they need better management And ita sad be ause thia is our fav Neighrhood pizza spot for lunch at work

I have ordered pizza from the restaurant a couple times in the past. The last time I had a delivery my order was wrong. I was willing to give them another chance calling in the order and picking it up myself. I called in giving them over an hour to have my order ready for a specific time. They advised me that it would be ready for pickup at the time I requested. I get there and of course it wasn’t ready. I paid and waited thinking it shouldn’t be that long of a wait. During that time I witnessed the cook preparing pizzas but also going back and forth to the front counter, and answering phones then back to working on pizzas without washing his hands. I find his this to be quite disgusting. It was at that moment I asked for a refund. The cashier was reluctant to give me my refund stating that I paid less than what they actually charged me, wanting me to give them back more money than I was given in change. which makes me question that they overcharged me. Especially after looking at the menu, the cost with tax was definitely less than what I paid. Never got a receipt. I’ll never go back.

Pizza is very good, but lately the customer service is incredibly bad, twice when I’ve called for delivery the person on the phone can’t wait to hang up. They do not wait to see if I want to add to the order, which I always do. Today I ordered at 8:19pm quoted delivery in half an hour, called 15 minutes after the delivery time had passed and called 4 times after that. No answer. I’ve loved the pizza there since I was a kid, always recommend it to friends. As of today I will never order from there again.
