Sheena, our hostess, was so so wonderful. On a Friday evening, packed crowds, summer day, and Sheena was the friendliest face one could ask for. She took extra care to get us the seats we wanted, and genuinely took interest in our evening and comfort. What a delight to meet someone who actually smiled and was happy while working.

Overall, our experience dining at Pinched on the River was sub-par. Food took 45 minutes to serve. Our server did not come back to check on the table, did not refill our water and only came back for the bill. Our appetizer was not served, yet it still appeared on the final bill – we had to contest this with the server.

Fun spot with awesome food. This place has a pretty straightforward menu where you can build your own bowl/salad/pita, which can accommodate any diet. My food was so flavorful. Service was fast and friendly. Reasonably priced with a nice view.

This was a very cute restaurant right on the river. I loved the view of the outdoor seating. I like how you can build your own bowl with your meal. The chicken and pesto cous cous was a good choice. The hummus was ok.

Phillip was an excellent host! Really knew the menu and how to guide first time visitors, super hospitable as well. We stopped in just for a lite bite, wound up going with the veggie flat bread and falafel. Great, fresh Mediterranean flavors and textures on both without being over powering. Their margaritas are also top notch, clean and not drowned in sour mix. Excellent view of the river with active but quiet foot traffic.

This restaurant is beautiful, but the service was honestly frightening. The hosted Scheana, was the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. How can they hire her to be the face of their restaurant?? We asked to speak to the manager, who was JUST AS RUDE as the hostess. I thought he was going to attack me when I asked a follow-up question. Overall, if you want beautiful scenery you have found the place, if you want a pleasant experience, stay far away!
