Ok, stopped in with my family to get a little pick me up for the ride home… SMH, immediately I was turned off. At the register there was water dripping from the ceiling into a bucket. Now listen, I worked in a fast food restaurant, you can’t always control something that happens and managers are slow to respond, but they could have informed us instead of us standing there having water drop on us before we even realised what the bucket was for.

Not only can they move quite slow at times.This Dunkin gives the option for curbside but they NEVER bring your stuff out! 4th time without fail. I eventually have to go in because it’s not coming out. The stupidity is that they can turn off the curbside if they need to and say that it’s not available at this time. I know this because I’ve experienced it at other locations that have drive-thru and/or curbside options. The part that really let’s you know that they really just DGAF is that the top line of the sticker that they put on your order literally says CURBSIDE if you place a curbside order.

Terrible, everytime I order at 4am, the crew there is half asleep and my order is never ready. What’s the point of ordering in advanced if I still have to wait when I arrive?? Then today I placed an order and they locked the doors!, not 1 crew member in sight! What good is that? Now I’ve paid for my order and can’t receive it!

That store is small as hell. And nobody there ever gets the order right. It seems basic knowledge to learn how to read. Others and myself had to get our orders made 3 diffrent times. I gave up It was a sausage egg and cheese plain bagel that was all. Yet couldn’t remeber the cheese or not burn the bagel or didn’t remeber the egg. It’s frustrating because these things have been on the menu for a long time it’s nothing new. But definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
