I ordered from this place for at least 10 years but quit because the rude condescending stuff they’d say. Always with an exaggerated fake Chinese accent saying “you want cookie with that?” They thought it was hysterical. I heard 3 times and told then what I thought of them. Never called again. Too bad the food was ok.

He hang up my call in the middle of the order and I tried to call back and complete my order, he hang up on me 3 more times. Usually, the woman has had a better customer service than the man. He’s so rude with the bad manner even in person at the restaurant. Sorry … you’re loosing me and my family/friends.

Hong Kong Restaurant was such a nice surprise! To be honest, I’d tried going to two other Chinese restaurants before I happened to drive past this place. Both of the other restaurants were closed, even though their posted hours said they should be open. Frustrated, I decided to just go home when I stumbled upon Hong Kong. After making *sure* they were, in fact, open, I parked my car and stepped inside.
