We ordered our pizza over 1 hour and 30 minutes ago and after calling the location two different times, we’re still uncertain as to when we might receive our 2 pizzas (live 4 miles away). When we called the first time to see where the pizza was (1 hour after the order and 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time), the person said we’d have it within 10 minutes. 20 minutes after the promised time and now 47 minutes after the estimated delivery time, we still don’t have our pizzas. I just called again and the person said that hopefully we’d have it within 20 minutes. I hope leadership at this location is able to make some changes, as we will not order from here again and will certainly tell friends and family the same.

We ordered a pizza with an estimated 45 minutes. After waiting more than an hour, we called and asked about the status and were told the pizza was on its way out the door. We live 4 minutes away, and after 20 minutes, still no pizza. We called the store and asked for a refund. The driver finally showed with a pizza and we gave him a nice tip because he did his part. We got the wrong (cheaper)pizza and it was stiff from cooling.

This is the 3rd bad experience in a row and it will be our last one. Food came out 20 minutes late (which wouldn’t be a big deal if it were recognized and apologized for by the staff), I watched an employee that seemed somewhat out of it drop a pizza on the floor (photo attached) and left it there for at least 10-15 minutes (ended up being our pizza), had to tell two different people my order name multiple times over a span of 20 minutes, etc. The two people we dealt with weren’t overly rude, just severely lacked situational intelligence and provided a terrible customer experience. We started going to this Marco’s roughly 6 months ago because they have the pizza bowl and the service was great…not the case any longer and it’s unfortunate. Time to find a new local option…

If you like your food spilled all over the box this is the place for you. I called the restaurant and was hung up on. I called back and talked to the manager who claimed they couldn’t give me a refund, only store credit and they couldn’t even do that until the driver arrived back at the store. They were supposed to call me when the driver arrived but that never happened. This place is a joke. Go to any other pizza place but here.

Ordered 5 pizzas for carryout for a client lunch. There seemed to be only 1 employee making the pizzas at the time, and he was pretty busy. He still offered to carry my pizzas out to my car though which I thought was very nice. First time at Marco’s – pizza was great. Thanks!

We have ordered pizza from this location several times. Every single time we say that we’re not going back. The employees are nice but they don’t seem to care about customer service and quality. The order is always wrong. They apologize and credit you but I just want my order to be correct.
