Managers here will handle you if you have a complaint. They’ll give you lies so their area manager will get off their back, and then not make good on anything they say. Been ordering from Pizza Hut for 30 years, and even used to work for them. Avoid this location, folks!

I wanted to try that edge pizza, and ordered it in advance. They must have made it when I ordered and left it under the warmer for a couple of hours. It was dry and burnt. It was like eating burnt pepperoni on a cracker. Absolute worst pizza of my life.

So I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 chocolate chip cookies, and a 2 litter of ginger ale online. When the order arrived I was given 2 pizzas the cookie and a 20 ounce Mountain Dew. The pizza was all black around the top and not cut right at all, a bad I didn’t get my 2 litter of ginger ale. I called to make a complaint and they said they would bring me out a 2 litter of my ginger ale and a large Cheese pizza in 30 minutes I never received it

On Monday, we ordered pizzas about 4:20 and the estimated delivery time came back as 8:15. We used our rewards points. We tried contacting them for THREE HOURS to either cancel or come pick up but none of the calls were answered. We then got notification that the pizza was in the oven at 8:00. The pizzas never came and I was never able to contact the store. So I lost my rewards points and never got the orders. Hace tried multiple times since and still can not get in touch with anyone.

Totally agree with other reviews that they should stop taking orders when understaffed. It is unfair to customers AND to the employees. Ordered a pizza at 9:50pm. It is now 11:18 pm. No pizza. After ten minutes on hold, the store rep tells me he doesn’t know where my pizza is. Not the first time this (long wait time) has happened here, but I think I finally learned my lesson. Hoping my refund arrives with no issue. Person who answered the phone was very apologetic and said it would appear soon.
