Ordered 4 burgers online totaling $45.01 from the Chesterfield Town Center Five Guys location in Midlothian, Virginia. Ready time was 5:18pm on 7/4. Arrived shortly before that and notified cashier that I was here for my pickup order. She told me that it would be ready in 3 minutes. I sat down and began watching them work in the kitchen while patiently waiting for my food. My order name was never called, and after 30 minutes the associates figured out that the Doordash order for Jamie was left and my order was taken instead causing an issue with both our orders not going to the right people. Feel bad for that guy ordering from doordash but at least he can get a refund. I told them I was picking up for Jordan and they remade the order. I watched them make the order and leave it out on the finisher table for about 5-10 more minutes and watch its life grow cold while they made other orders not expediting mine. I was offered a drink but I declined as this is not a sufficient remedy for the situation. Poor Customer Service. When I got in the car I checked my order for accuracy. I had ordered 2 grilled cheese burgers with bacon, and 2 grilled cheese orders with jalapenos, hot sauce, and grilled onions. Not only did none of the burgers contain grilled onions, neither contained jalapenos, but both had bacon, and hot sauce. I can’t eat bacon, and my wife doesn’t like hot sauce. I face palmed, lowered my head in disappointment and drove away as I can’t trust this store anymore. Our remade order was made wrong with no attention to the order details, and this was after I had to wait because my food was given out to the wrong person. I know its July 4th and its a holiday, but there is no excuse for this type of incompetence. I have had similar situations like this happen before at this location but never this bad. I can overlook a few errors every now and then, its understandable, but this was a giant “F” for failure today. 1 star all around.

Nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff. Ample parking. The food is very good, but pricey. Their standard hamburger has 2 patties & a choice of many toppings for $10.69. The “small” fries have enough for two people. With a small Coke, everything came to $20.53, without tip.

To start off our cashier (Stephanie B) as on the receipt was extremely rude & discourteous. I’m normally not the type to write reviews, but not only was she rude to me but also other customers in line. For absolutely no reason must I add. I understand things can get busy (I’ve worked in fast food before) but this is no way to treat people. Although, I will say the other employees were very kind & Food was fresh & quick.

Great service!!The food is great little expensive so I treat myself once in awhile. This time I was confused on what I order thought I ordered two patties. When I approached the team about the order at that time I was reading my receipt and saw that I did order a small Burger. I apologize about my mistake. They were still willing to prepare it for me even though I didn’t pay.

I have been here a couple of times. Usually it’s really good. Last night was not so great. The fries tasted old with a heavy peanut flavor. I saw them cooking fries so I believe they were fresh, but they didn’t taste good. The burger didn’t taste that great either. So this would have been a 3 star review but my other visit was 5 star so I will meet in the middle at 4.
