This is the second best salad I’ve ever had in my life. That is not to be taken lightly considering I have salads daily. The ingredients alone didn’t begin to give you an idea of the flavor in the Green Goddess Avocado Salad. Every bite was incredible. There was so much flavor and the size was very filling. The staff was very warm, friendly, and welcoming too

This WAS my absolute favorite restaurant. I paid for the $10/month sweetgreen+ membership and they messed up my order 4 times in the last month. 5/21, 5/26, 6/6, and just now 6/11. Not just this location, but Michigan Avenue location too. They would always forget like half (or more of the order). I would get a credit and order again, and then that would also be wrong. It’s an absolutely embarrassingly run company. Cancelled my membership. I will never eat here again. So upset.

This use to be my favorite location I introduced some of my coworkers to this location. The last three times I’ve been there my salads has been awful. Skimpy on the ingredients hardly any salad and forget about the other ingredients. I normally order the Kale Caesar, but since that has been lacking I decided to try something new today and that’s the Barbecue Chicken Salad. Well I’m halfway through the salad and Im still trying to find the chicken, no tortillas as described. Asked for medium dressing had to go back because hardly any dressing was on the salad. Im frustrated I would take it back and ask for a refund, but I just don’t feel like getting more frustrated. Last time ordering from this location.

Food always has consistently been good. Service hasn’t since I waited over 10 minutes for someone to get my food order. Everyone of the staff is mostly prepping and I was in so much disbelief that I waited so long. Green goddess salad is my favorite! I like that they allow you to customize it too. The Buffalo cauliflower is a must!
