Shakes are AMAZING i got the salted caramel one. Soooo good. Its a little too thick, but it will melt and thin out so its fines. The guy calling out orders was very nice to me with my mobile pick up. In my order, i put i wanted extra of everything and they literally put it on the side and not in my burger (photo). I got a veggie sandwich; the buns were super soggy and gross and everything was falling out because the buns were so floppy. So the food was a little gross, but the shake made me happy. 3 stars for the friendly staff and amazing shake.

I called to make a take out order and I was asked to “please hold”. So that is what I did all the way to the poorly run store with an inept manager who puts his hand up to quiet me as I asked “I want the managers and owners name”. At this point I was left on hold for 17 minutes and 39 seconds! And I was was “sorry, we aren’t supposed to put people on hold”. I then made my order again asking to speak to manager and I was told “I am one of the managers”. And I stated ” I would like the managers and owners names”. And the “manager put his hand up waved me away and made my order. At the end of being disrespected by this manager I was asked “do you want some fries on the house”. As much as we come here… UNACCEPTABLE & RUDE.

Place was clean. The employees where nice. The food was extremely greasy. Had a bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a regular Sprite. The burger and fries was good but extremely greasy. After I ate the food, later had the worst, upset stomach ever. Pricy too. Will not be going back there.

Okay, if you are an adult and you are semi-health conscious, this place might not be for you. My son loved it. The service was fantastic and pretty quick. The place was clean and inviting. Honestly it’s a grease pit, but your kids will love the fact that they give very generous portions. (Lol… your arteries won’t!!!)

First time having 5 guys, Really nice burgers and a lot of fries. 2 people, we ordered a burger each and a large fry. Gave 4 for atmosphere bc there was a strong smell of viniger (there was a table for condiments and stuff) also peanuts, those were good.

Love love love this place! The food is awesome as well as the customer service !Ive dined in and done take out. They have free peanuts to eat while waiting. You will get a ton of fries and their real ones not frozen! You get so much that u could actually share a large The burgers r out of this world delicious!! The parking is awesome and the wait for the food no more than ten minutes.

I like the fact that I can eat here and can get a hamburger or hot dog without a roll and the fries are gluten free. They always ask if I want a bowl and no bread because of allergy . I am glad to be coming here when I am wanting a burger. Staff is friendly.
