There were mostly kids working and they got every single order we had wrong. My order had to be fixed 3 times…. I specifically had to tell the kids burger by burger how to make them and they weren’t complicated! I ordered a kids hamburger with the toppings that come on it and a kids cheeseburger plain. I’m not kidding when I say i had to tell him one burger at a time how to make it after it being wrong the 3rd time! I’ve worked in food service my entire life and have never experienced anything like that….

Had a coupon for buy one get one breakfast sandwich. The cashier was having a problem with the code so the manager took care of it with no issue even though the code wasn’t working. Great customer service. Sausage biscuits were fresh and hot.

Absolutely awful. My wife and I go through the drive through after church just to get 2 large drinks and after we placed our order our daughter was oooing and kooing in the back seat and a person comes over the drive through speaker and says “tell that baby to shut up” after we pulled away bc we were definitely not giving them our business. Worst part. When we called to inform a manager. It was the manger that made the comment

I pulled into drive-thru and ordered a number 3, single. (Menu said that was a Frisco) after I paid I got my receipt I realized they had charged me for the number three breakfast. At first blaming me saying that the board was on breakfast, then to find out it wasn’t. They wanted to refund me and then recharge me for my food instead of either paying the difference or just giving it to me at the cost they already gave me. Very bad business decision. I took the refund and went elsewhere and won’t come back

I believe it was Wednesday when I got Hardee’s due to the fact that Wendy’s drive thru was closed. I love Hardee’s but had never had it from this particular location. I wanted to order that hot honey chicken sandwich that I thought they had, but apparently didn’t. So I just settled for the Frisco and went on my way. Can’t go wrong with a Frisco burger.
