I bought a drink here and they wanted to charge me a dollar for a cup of ice for the drink that I purchased from them. I can fully understand charging for a cup and ice if you don’t purchase anything but having to pay extra for a cup after I purchased a drink is ridiculous I will not be back.

When in Richmond, get your Chinese cuisines from here. Delicious food and great staff, you can’t go wrong. I appreciate the location of the restaurant because of the many establishments surrounding it. I bet your food will be done in 10 minutes. 20 minutes if you order a large quantity. Will I return? I’m in the eatery 1 a week. The last several times the food taste different. Friday was the worse.I ordered Shrimp egg Foo Yong. The chicken wings were hard. I should have checked my food before I left. I went and got my money back.She offered to remake it. My question was why would you let it leave the restaurant like that. I will not go back.. Been eating at this place consistently since 2008. Best take-out Chinese for the entire surrounding area. No frills local spot with a very dated cafeteria-style dine-in motif, but this place absolutely slaps. Taste, portions, speed – they are #1 in every category.
