I love the dishes at New Dragon! My go-to order is Moo Shoo pork (sheikh is nice with some spice added) and some spring rolls. The order is always ready and the transactions are straightforward and no—nonsense. It’s not really done in so the atmosphere only needs to be clean and efficient, and it is.

The garlic chicken was very good, but the Kung po chicken and the chicken with cashew nuts were terrible. The chicken was breaded. I’ve never had breaded chicken in these two dishes before, and I don’t want it again.

DO NOT ORDER anything and ask them to not put something in it. We used to order from here once a week and we always ask for no green bell peppers, at least 4 times a year they screw it up. Tonight I’ve had enough and returned with the food and ask them to remake it without the peppers. Their response “we didn’t put bell peppers in it.” Why lie about it? Instead of just remaking food I could eat, they lost a customer.

Regularly order a combo plate from New Dragon, usually chicken with broccoli. It comes with pork fried rice and an egg roll. It’s always tasty, hot and plentiful. You can easily get two meals from it.

Generous servings of delicious food. Sure, it’s probably not the healthiest option but we only do it occasionally. My son and I get one dinner and two lunches out of each or our entrees. General tso chicken is our favorite.
