Please limit your trips to this location, aside from the fact that they take too long and prioritize different orders others than the next person in lines, they have made it a habit to not only mess up my food order but not even try to get it right or double check just in case they misunderstood and every time it’s a different problem at this location. I tried using my app to order the 2 for $7 deal, but did not show up. I missed ordering the drinks at half price because of this. I had to order in person at the Sonic on Zapata Hwy.

We ordered some food and drinks using the app. When we arrived the app continuously gave an error and did not allow the check-in. Once we got our order we went home. I ordered mozzerella sticks and they did not give me marinara sauce. Not sure if they charge extra for that now. My wife ordered an All American dog and the weiner was cold, refrigerator cold. I ordered the footlong coney and it was room temp not hot or warm. Their snacks and desserts are good, but their entrees are mediocre.

This sonics manager says they will not honor all the other sonics by giving pup cup regardless if you offer to pay or not he just now told me they won’t do it. Wouldn’t even allow me to buy something for them or nothing I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here as per he may not want to help anyone else.
